  • Yes we can! All we need is to know ahead of time if we will have access to electricity and water or not. We carry extension cords for water and electricity as long as 100 feet so its easy for us to access power.

  • If you don't have access to water or electricity, we've got you covered. Just let us know when calling texting us at 407-900-1378 or if booking online just uncheck the boxes for power and/or water so we are able to prepare for your detail accordingly. We do carry our on water and offer extremely safe rinseless wash methods. We also carry a generator as needed. So no matter where you are in Hunters Creek, Celebration or any of the other areas we service there is no need to worry if you live someplace without access to both water and electricity. We are here to help!

  • If you cancel before 48 hours you will not have to pay the cancelation fee.

    If you cancel within 48 hours of your booking, you will be charged a $50 cancelation fee to make up for the lost income during the booked time slot.

  • We do not charge for rescheduling as long as it is done before 48 hours of your original booking. Please see our Cancellation & Refund FAQ above for further information. Cancelations made within 48 hours of booking appointment will be charged $40 to make up for the lost time slot.

  • Yes tipping is normal in the industry. However there is no suggested amount or percentage, whatever feels good to you. Any amount is appreciated.

  • We guarantee 100% satisfaction with our service. If you are not happy with the service for any reason please call us immediately for further instructions. A Re-scheduled clean must be made within 24 hours of the original appointment.

  • Simply put – No, our rates are calculated by the information you provide on our booking page - vehicle size, condition and level of service requested. We provide the best quality and value for the price in Kissimmee FL.
